If the page isn't recognized by a translator, you'll see the gray webpage icon. With Zotero, you can create an item from any webpage by clicking the save button in the browser toolbar. If all else fails, you can create an empty parent item and enter metadata manually.

The quality of the data Zotero imports is determined by the information supplied on the webpage.
